“You know, Peter, my sister Thea, well, she’s actually my half sister, but anyway. She just graduated from college with a Summa Cum Laude in Philosophy. Or was it some other major? Well, nevertheless, we are all very proud of her, the first academic in the family!”
Stella Mattsson is still behaving like a family sim, with just an occasional wish for woohoo.

“Oh My Sim, the Llamas are losing in the second round!” Peter answers, completely unimpressed by Stella’s speech.
On the piano, a random townie named Jennifer, playing for tips, but not getting much, even though she’s pretty good.

Jack gets promoted to All star.

And Stella to Hostess. She’s totally exhausted and falls promptly asleep.

Stella gets another promotion – to waitress.

And Jack – to MVP.

The very next day he’s getting fired for eating pills instead of taking herbs. That has always been the right answer!! Damn chance cards!

But on the other hand, Stella gets promoted to Prep Cook. Three promotions in three days, that’s well done!

The amazing family-oriented romance sim strikes again! Sometimes it really looks like certain sims are born to be a special aspiration, and they refuse to let some random dice change that!

Sometimes chance cards really give me a headache. I know that I CAN ignore them if I want to, but I never seem to be able to.

No ignoring chance cards for me, that's no fun!
And you'll lose points when playing Prosperity ;)
But it really doesn't matter, I always had that as a personal rule, never to ignore chance cards. You wouldn't have that option IRL, so why should the sims?!
